If you place an order with us, you will be deemed as having accepted these Terms and Conditions and the order will be fulfilled on this basis.

 All our treats are made to order. You can browse our gallery or we can create a unique design for you. Any treat ordered using a picture can only be reproduced by us as our interpretation and will not be a replica. Copyright protects some designs and, therefore, cannot be copied.

All our treats are handmade with great attention to detail. However, there may be minor differences between each cake pop design and colour variance in the cake pops displayed on our website.

At present, we do not cater for allergies. Please be aware that while your treats may not be made with nuts / a nut product, it is prepared in a kitchen where nut products may be used. We cannot guarantee that your treats will be free from all nut traces.

Our treats contain dairy, egg and gluten. They are made in the same environment where nuts, wheat, milk and soya are prepared.

It is your responsibility to inform your guests of this allergy information. We shall not be held liable for any allergic reaction resulting from the consumption of the cake treats.

Refrigerate your treats when received and consume them within one week. Our treats tend to taste best at room temperature

In the event of postponement, I will try to work with you on the new date if I am available, otherwise, it shall be treated as a cancellation. Should work have commenced on elements of the treats, or stock with limited shelf life have been purchased and cannot be reused for the new date, then these elements will be charged for.

In the event of a cancellation by yourselves, refunds will not be given but a partial refund may be granted at our discretion. We retain the right to cancel the booking in very unusual circumstances beyond our control, such as ill health or the death of a loved one, during which we will refund any money taken in full.

Reasonable requests for small alterations made after the Order Confirmation (to the treats or delivery/collection), will be accommodated where possible, however, they may incur an additional charge. Alterations are not confirmed until a revised Order Quotation is sent to you. 

All our treats are made to order and are exempt from being returned. This is because perishable goods such as food cannot be returned.

A non-perishable item may be eligible for a return - your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send a notification email. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Due to the pandemic, shipping services have been disrupted. Not all goods may arrive in a timely manner, so we advise that you book your orders well in advance. All our products are posted to you first class however even this service is taking 2-3 days minimum. If this is something you are unhappy with, please refrain from ordering through these uncertain times.

Every effort is made to protect your order during delivery. We cannot control the handling of our postal boxes by the courier and therefore do not take any responsibility if treats are damaged during transit. However, this is a rare occurrence and the likelihood of it happening to your parcel is low!

Prior arrangement is required to collect all orders within a time slot mentioned in your order form. A late fee will incur if orders are collected late. We will not accept liability for any damage sustained to the order once it has been collected and signed for.

We reserve the right to publish photos of our work on our social media sites, this may contain your logo or product which has been made into a cake pop,  these will be published after the date of your event has expired.  We do not give permission for the product we have designed for you to be reproduced/ copied in any way unless prior consent has been granted by ourselves.
